Mental health problems, dark triad personality and school environment performance in substance user and non-user of high school students

This study attempted to examine whether there were differences between substance nonuser and user adolescents on mental health problems, personality, school environment performance. The data problems (depression, anxiety, stress), dark triad personality traits, use collected through self-report questionnaires from a sample of 680 high students accessing their average scores in all subjects the Registrars' Offices respective High Schools. For this study, (i.e., 340 users non-substance users) participants selected using repeated survey sampling eight government private schools Bahirdar City, Ethiopia. Results indicated higher (anxiety, depression, stress) than non-users. It was also found that score lower performance Analysis showed female don't have significant use, whereas male do significantly use.
